Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the EU, UK and USA.
If your country is not listed and you're interested in our products, feel free to write us an email at support@cutetreasures.de.
It can take some time until we have added your country.

How long does shipping take?

Our shipping times for mugs and notebooks (processing time of 1-3 days included):
EU 6-12 business days
UK 6-12 business days
USA 8-14 business days

Shipping times for other items may vary depending on current demand. Please refer to the product description for the most accurate and up-to-date shipping information.

Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Our white mugs in 11oz and 15oz as well as our white mugs with color inside are microwave and dishwasher safe.

However, our black mugs are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

What is your refund policy?

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. 
Please email: support@cutetreasures.de  with your refund claim.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
